On August 6, 2022, in the Official Gazette, the Decree of 23 June 2022 was published “Minimum environmental criteria for the assignment of the design service of building interventions, for the assignment of works for building interventions and for the joint assignment of design and works for building interventions”.
The CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) Construction decree came into force on December 4, 2022.
This new decree replaces the previous decree of October 11, 2017, due to technological progress and the evolution of environmental legislation and reference markets, which make it possible to improve the environmental quality requirements of buildings acquired or renovated by the public administration.
