The Casa delle Marche Plan has been extended until 31 December 2024. The Regional Council has approved the text of the bill that extends the duration of the regulations on volumetric awards by two years, due at the end of 2022
.
The new rule extends the terms of LR 14/2021. This is the rule that amended LR 22/2011 and the LR 22/2009 to allow urban regeneration interventions and contain land consumption
.
The 2021 standard provides for volumetric expansions of up to 20% and the replacement of buildings with the introduction of modern construction, engineering and architectural standards.
The rule also refers demolition and reconstruction works, already provided for by law, with the possibility of expanding existing volumes by up to 40%, to the category of building renovation interventions that can, therefore, take advantage of 110%.The extension to 2024 aligns regional provisions with the deadlines for building bonuses.
According to the president of the Regional Council, Dino Latini, the rule “will allow the construction sector to make use of this fundamental regulatory driver, for an economic recovery yet to be consolidated, and, in addition, for private individuals to redevelop the building stock through new and more modern standards that may also have a general positive impact on urban redevelopment.”
