Contemporary ceramics become the surface of architecture

12/12/2022

The image is important, even for one of the probably best known international groups in the electrical networks sector, Hitachi Energy.

This is why the design choices for the restyling of the office buildings at the Lodi headquarters also involve the application of contemporary technologies in the architectural field, such as ventilated facades.

Cerdisa Metal Design, applied dry with visible fixing, lends itself to becoming a characterizing surface, with its Steel color, with a highly recognizable metallic appeal, contemporary and elegant. A choice that for Cerdisa becomes recognition of research on “Material design” and a source of pride

.

Contemporary ceramics for the ventilated façade

The use of dry technologies in the façade allows applications in line with the needs of the contemporary construction site, primarily on issues such as time and cost control.

The enclosure assumes fundamental functions: aesthetic, protective, thermo-hygrometric, acoustic. It contributes to the energy efficiency of the building and lends itself to being designed according to sustainability criteria

.

Ceramic is suitable for use in ventilated façades, in particular for its great versatility: it is a material that, in fact, allows it to be applied with different fixing systems, and therefore makes it possible to balance technical needs with economic needs, bringing great aesthetic impact and durability to the façade system.

Metal Design by Cerdisa

Textures and colors that transform the charm of metal into extreme and sophisticated elegance. In the sunlight, games of reflections and shades that embellish the façade, despite the rigor of the forms of an office building serving the production headquarters. A restyling project that combines technical research for thermo hygrometric improvement with architectural research for a new face, to mark an important moment

in the company's history.
