Dabster Engineering was awarded, in partnership with the ATI architecture firm, the contract for the preliminary design of the new wing of the “NOI Techpark” Technology Park in Bolzano. A prestigious assignment, therefore, that will concern in particular the two new structures defined D4 and D5, buildings that will be used for the Automation and Automotive and Digital fields and where they will find office space, simple and complex laboratories and common spaces. The NOI Technology Park is the hub of South Tyrolean innovation, a project that has brought together companies, institutions and universities in a abandoned metal industry in order to work together on new research and development projects. It includes more than 70 innovative companies and start-ups, 4 research institutes and 3 university faculties. The project is focused on some key sectors, such as food, digital, automotive, automation and green. Researchers from 4 institutes and universities work in these sectors in more than 40 high-tech laboratories.
Dabster Engineering will be responsible for designing all the mechanical and electrical systems of the new wing using BIM technology, entering, in fact, the heart of one of the areas with the greatest innovative impact in the country.
