Our idea was to organize a different day from the usual team building. We thought, since we are a team with different roles, different ages, different experiences in the company, to make sure that someone close to sport, therefore used to challenges, but also to diversity, will help us to think a bit as a group, as a team and no longer as individuals, but as an entity united with goal of doing something together.

Well, it was a great pleasure to be able to share my passion, my profession, as I try to face everyday life with the team. Being able to do it with a large company is a source of pride for me, it's also a way to test myself, to summarize my ideas a bit at the end of an important season like this year's, to try to understand what tools are in common. There are so many, we understood that we had so many and it was a joy to be able to share and discuss them together.
