PELLINI CAFFÈ

The Pellini company was founded in 1922 in Verona. Its history has always been marked by constant evolution in the world of coffee, maintaining firm roots in the Italian espresso tradition and, however, looking towards the future. For this reason, in 2018, the company developed a new technologically advanced automated warehouse.

For this work, Dabster carried out the preliminary, definitive and final design of the mechanical and electrical systems and the fire prevention system. It also took care of the management of the works of the systems.
