P3 LOGISTIC PARK

Within the P3 logistics district in Sala Bolognese, in the province of Bologna, Dabster was responsible for the design and construction supervision of electrical and mechanical systems in the construction of a new logistics building of approximately 15,000 square metres. The building, A class and with future ‘Breeam Excellent’ certification, reflects the most modern efficiency standards for logistics activities with a height under beam of 12 metres, floor bearing capacity of 5 tons per square metre and 16 loading bays.

This project will allow the further development of an area where companies such as Cablog, Lamborghini and Ducati have already settled since 2003.
