More than half of the interventions subsidized by building bonuses were carried out in the North. The other half is divided equally between the Center and the South
.
In the North, traditional building bonuses are more used than the Superbonus. This phenomenon could be explained, according to the Inarcassa Foundation, by the fact that, since these are regions with a higher average income than the levels of the Center and the South, citizens are more easily able to deduct
tax credits from taxes.
The territorial origin of professionals also influences the approval expressed for bonuses.
The opinion is much more positive in the South (43%), where a higher share of professionals (26%) counts the creation of new employment as one of the main positive aspects.
At the Center, professionals appreciate the effects of tax incentives on building seismic safety (34%).
