Starting next November 7, companies and associations operating in the cultural, creative and tourism sectors will be able to submit the application for 'Cultura Crea Plus', the incentive for companies affected by the Covid-19 emergency.
The incentive — promoted by the Ministry of Culture and managed by Invitalia — consists of a non-repayable contribution to cover working capital expenses up to a maximum of 25,000 euros, necessary for restarting and supporting businesses.
The financial envelope is 10 million euros. The measure uses funds from the PON FESR “Culture and Development” 2014-2020 (Priority Axis
II).
Cultura Crea Plus is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and third sector entities (non-profit organizations, social promotion associations) established on January 1, 2020 and exercising economic activity as of December 31, 2020, attributable to the list of admitted ATECO codes (annexes 1, 2 and 3 to Operating Directive 238 of 29 March 2021).
In particular, with reference to the date of submission of the application:
— for companies established less than 36 months ago, the headquarters must be located in one of the following regions: Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily;
— for companies established for more than 36 months and for third sector entities, the headquarters must be located in one of the municipalities falling within the “areas of attraction” as identified by Annex 4 to Operating Directive 238 of
29 March 2021.
The application can be submitted online, starting at 10 a.m. on November 7, 2022, through the Invitalia IT platform. The evaluation takes place within 60 days, based on the chronological order of arrival
.
