The collaboration between our company and the Scaligera headquarters of the central bank of the Italian Republic has recently been renewed in order to oversee ordinary and extraordinary maintenance in one of the most prestigious protected historic buildings in the center of Verona: Palazzo Portalupi. Our technical staff will be responsible for another year to oversee all the maintenance activities of the building, both mechanical and electrical systems, and ordinary building maintenance and fire prevention.
“As consultants, we also have the task of overseeing all aspects of the building, going, if necessary, to propose improvements or necessary interventions - explained Marco Rossi, founding partner of Dabster and official advisor to the Bank of Italy - The objectives of our work are the conservation of the building and the efficiency of the plants, also in consideration of energy savings, with the aim of maintaining high quality levels and not having deficiencies in performance of the tasks of the branch. Intervening on technological systems also means taking into account the health and safety of workers and the safety of the workplace, another aspect that we follow directly.”
