Team Building Dabster: a collaborative experience... in the kitchen

On November 4, the Dabster team experienced a special moment of sharing and collaboration thanks to a culinary team building activity organized at Fuoci Cucina.
An opportunity to work together in a different context than usual, discovering new ways of cooperation... over a good plate of handmade pasta.

Two teams, one challenge: create and have fun

During the day we split into two teams and we put ourselves to the test with a very practical experience:

The preparation of two types of gnocchi, traditional and creative.
The creation of stuffed tortelli, from the processing of the dough to the final closing.

A simple but effective way to exercise communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, in an informal and stimulating environment.

A team that grows, even outside the office

For Dabster, team building represents an important moment to strengthen internal relationships, enhance diverse talents and create a climate of trust that is also reflected positively in daily work.

November 4 was an experience that allowed us to get to know each other better, laugh together and discover that — just like in the projects we face every day — it is collaboration that makes the difference.

We thank Fuoci Cucina for the welcome and for leading our team in this fun and engaging culinary experience.
We returned to the office with new energy, renewed team spirit and... a few more culinary skills!
