Innovation and technology: Dabster visits the Intra Lighting factory

On Friday, March 6, our team specialized in electrical systems participated in a day of technical study at the headquarters of Intra Lighting, a precious opportunity to closely analyze the entire production cycle and the latest developments in the sector.

Accompanied by Massimiliano Denti, Project Manager of Intra Lighting, we visited the various production departments: from the bending of steel sheets to painting, to the installation of LED chips.

The tour made it possible to observe every phase of the process, including operational tests, packaging and warehouse logistics, receiving detailed explanations of the high quality standards adopted.

Technical analysis and functional tests

The afternoon session was dedicated to visiting the showroom, where we were able to carry out functional tests on products installed in realistic environments (hospitals, hotels, offices and retail).

Particular attention was paid to testing laboratories, where we reviewed the verification procedures for:
  • IP degree of protection;
  • Resistance to high temperatures;
  • Photometric analysis using a photogoniometer.

Synergy and networking

The day ended with a moment of networking and discussion, essential for consolidating the relationship with Inta Lighting.
