Bauli is an Italian bakery food company, renowned for the production of pandoro. In 2018, he created the Bauli Future Academy, an experiential training course for young collaborators, employed in different areas of the company, to give them the tools to build the Bauli of the future.
Dabster has developed the executive design of the electrical and mechanical systems for the rooms that host these training courses.
