Through an integrated design approach, Dabster has developed and coordinated mechanical, electrical and special systems as a single system, capable of combining comfort, energy performance and ease of management. The solutions adopted, from radiant systems to the production of energy from renewable sources, contribute to creating an evolved, sustainable residential environment that perfectly meets the needs of contemporary living.

The challenges of plant integration in the residential project
The complexity of the intervention required careful multidisciplinary coordination to integrate advanced plant solutions in an articulated residential context, ensuring high performance, reliability and ease of management for the end user.
Integrated plant solutions

Integrated design
Dabster developed the entire plant system through careful integration between the different disciplines. The mechanical system is based on radiant floor panels for heating and cooling, integrated by dehumidification systems and an independent climate control for each unit.

Technical definition
}The plumbing systems provide a multilayer distribution with zone collectors, designed to guarantee high levels of efficiency, reliability and durability over time.

Electrical and special systems
The electrical distribution completely covers residential units and common areas, including lighting, LAN data network, centralized TV system, in addition to the provision for anti-intrusion systems and IP video intercom.

Energy efficiency
The project integrates a centralized photovoltaic system and the provision for charging electric vehicles, in line with an approach oriented to sustainability and

the reduction of consumption.

A modern and efficient residential complex, where the systems operate in an integrated way to ensure high levels of comfort, optimized consumption and simple and intuitive management.
