DWB Proteins Industrial Building

Dwb Proteins is a company that operates in the fresh milk sector. The new whey processing building required an electrical system with a total power of 3,000 kW, a 2.7 MW cogenerator and steam boilers for a total of 16,000 kg/h.

Daster provided the preliminary, final and executive design of the electrical and mechanical systems, the construction management for the plants and a project management and coordination service for all the engineering disciplines involved.

The project was developed with BIM technology both for the architectural part and for the plant engineering part.
