The new Oppeano logistics hub is strategically located along the SS434, the 4-lane state road called SS434 Transpolesana. It is located in Via Ponte Asta in Oppeano, 17 km south of Verona, a city among the top 5 logistics hubs in Italy, with 125,000 square meters occupied in 2016 (10% of the Italian total) and 60,000 in the first quarter of 2017 (16%). The development project is divided into two phases: the first, just completed, in which about 70,000 square meters of Class A logistics space have been built, and the second, with an expansion expected to reach about 190,000 square meters. Building A has 50 loading bays, while building B has 35. The intervention includes the construction of electrical MT/BT transformer cabins, electrical systems, alarm systems and structured cabling.
