Within the P3 logistics district of Sala Bolognese, in the homonymous district in the province of Bologna, Dabster was responsible for the design and construction management of electrical and mechanical systems in the construction of a new building for logistics use of about 15 thousand square meters. The building, in class A and with future “Breeam Excellent” certification, reflects the most modern efficiency standards for the logistics activity with a height under a beam of 12 meters, a floor lift of 5 tons per square meter and 16 loading bays. A project that will allow the further development of an area on which companies such as Cablog, Lamborghini and Ducati, established starting in 2003, already insist.
