Expansion of production plants

Design and construction management of mechanical and electrical systems for the expansion of the plant and the new technological hub.

Starting from the unused portion of the existing plant, the building has been expanded. The body of the building thus created was equipped with basic mechanical and electrical systems (lighting, smoke control, driving force, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary water) and

at the service of the production departments:

Specific air conditioning and ventilation for the various departments
High pressure washing system
Hydrant and sprinkler network
Technical fluids (glycol water, ammonia, softened water, osmosis, 10 bar steam, 5 bar steam, domestic hot water, domestic cold water, recirculation, heating hot water, thermal oil) and related control and control groups
Control and supervision systems (SCADA)
Technological plants for the production and distribution of fluids: 4,000 kW refrigerators, 2,000 kW thermal, 10,000 kg/h steam,
New 6,000 kVA electric cabin with related power center
