Pellini was born in 1922 in the province of Verona. Its history has always been marked by constant evolution in the world of coffee, maintaining firm roots in the Italian espresso tradition and yet looking to the future. For this reason, in 2018, the company developed a new technologically advanced automated warehouse.
For this work, Dabster carried out the preliminary, definitive and executive design of the mechanical and electrical systems and the fire prevention system. She was also responsible for the construction management of the plants.
