Maximall Pompeii Shopping Center

Designed by Design International and created by IRgenre Group, a few hundred meters from the famous excavations, Maximall Pompeii is a pharaonic work created according to the most modern principles of sustainability.

The fulcrum of the structure is the large agora with a fountain, around which, in addition to retail areas, numerous restaurants and a luxurious hotel of the Marriott International chain develop.

• 160 stores
• 25 restaurants, bars, pizzerias
• 1 hotel with 135 rooms
• An auditorium with 1,000 seats on about 3,000 square meters that includes a cinema, theater and conference room
• 1 outdoor square-amphitheater for events of 6,000 square meters
• A second internal multimedia plaza of 800 square meters
• 1 car park with 5,000 parking spaces and 30 tourist buses

In a logic of redeveloping the area in an environmentally sustainable way, Maximall Pompeii also offers a green park equipped and open to the public of 50,000 square meters.
