Project for the demolition and reconstruction of a residential building with extension aimed at the construction of a multi-family complex in Albisano, on Lake Garda. The project involved the construction of four buildings located on the hill of Albisano with a lake view. Two of these are single-family homes, with a swimming pool, while the other two house two and four apartments, each with a swimming pool, respectively. The 8 units are located in a luxurious environment, attentive to every environmental comfort. Dabster was responsible for the design for the Building Permit and the executive design of all the electrical and mechanical systems serving the real estate units and outdoor appliances, including the indoor pools and in the park. He also provided energy and acoustic consultancy and the construction management of part of the plants
