The challenges of the Seraphic Residential District: sustainability and plant innovation
The Seraphic Residential District project, designed by One Works, stems from the need to create a housing and service complex capable of integrating modern comfort, sustainability and quality of life. The main challenge consisted in combining architectural innovation and respect for the environmental context, ensuring advanced and reliable plant solutions, capable of supporting a residential area of about 20,000 square meters. It was essential to design electrical and mechanical systems that met the highest standards in terms of energy efficiency, safety and functionality.
The Dabster design of electrical and mechanical systems for the Seraphic
Dabster addressed the complexity of the project by developing an integrated approach to the design of electrical and mechanical systems. Through a methodology oriented to collaboration with the architectural firm and the other partners involved, the company has guaranteed a plant design capable of enhancing architectural choices and, at the same time, of respecting the required principles of sustainability. The attention to detail, combined with the experience gained in complex projects, has made it possible to identify solutions that improve living comfort, reduce energy consumption and promote harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.
The results of the Dabster plant engineering project at the Seraphic Residential District
Dabster's contribution has made it possible to build a cutting-edge super-condominium, in which electrical and mechanical systems become enabling elements for the quality of life of the inhabitants and for the overall sustainability of the complex. The results are reflected on two levels: on the one hand, the relationship of trust established with the customer, based on competence and problem solving skills; on the other, the technical quality of the services offered, which translates into an efficient, safe and durable plant system. This experience testifies to Dabster's ability to support complex projects, combining technological innovation and relational value.
The Seraphic Residential District, designed by the One Works Architecture Studio, represents an integrated housing and service area, designed to meet the current needs of environmental, social and cultural sustainability. Located on the southern outskirts of Rome, near the EUR district, this innovative development covers about 20,000 square meters. The project, inspired by the historic complex of the Abbey of the Three Fountains, ideally combines architectural innovation, environmental integration and functional adaptability. It involves the construction of a super-condominium consisting of eight residential buildings, with heights varying between five and six floors, characterized by different levels of openness and interaction with nature. Dabster was responsible for the design of electrical and mechanical systems.
