The project involved the construction of a “diffuse” hotel structure consisting of 80 rooms, a swimming pool and a service block with a restaurant.
Particular attention has been given to the environmental and energy aspects of the complex, developed in a modular way following the orography of the land and respecting the configuration of the territory.
Dabster was commissioned to carry out the preliminary design of the mechanical, electrical and fire-fighting systems. He also provided energy advice, acoustic advice and supervised the construction management of the plants.
