Verona Fiere offices

Executive project for the renovation of the air conditioning system serving the office building of the Veronafiere Authority. The project involved upgrading the indoor air conditioning units with the replacement of existing cabinet fans and the insertion of 4-way boxes in indoor meeting rooms or in the most crowded rooms.

The intervention also involved equipping the new fan coils with control valves and digital thermostats capable of communicating with the general supervision system of the exhibition center so as to be able to manage their switching on, turning off, attenuation and optimizing energy consumption.

In addition to fan convectors and thermoregulation, the thermal fluid distribution pipes have been replaced in order to adapt the thermal insulation and to be able to manage the thermal loads of the meeting rooms optimally even in winter with a 4-pipe system.
