Project for the energy upgrading and internal renovation of the villa called “Villa One Thousand and One Rose” which was owned by the Bocca Trezza, Livio, Mondadori and now De Simone families. Dabster developed the Feasibility Study, the preliminary, definitive and executive design of all mechanical and electrical systems. He also provided energy consultancy. The villa consists of a main body distributed on 3 floors above ground (about 600 square meters per floor) and two side wings that house guest houses and accommodation for servants. The project meets numerous needs dictated by the historicity and the constraints to which the villa is subject, as well as by the architectural and furnishing choices of the interiors.
