Multipurpose complex in the center of Bolzano

The WaltherPark, integrated into a cutting-edge road and infrastructure project, will become the new and lively meeting place located in the heart of the city of Bolzano. In line with the Masterplan for urban development of the city of Bolzano, 76 apartments for residential use, 34 apartments for investment use, 90 new stores and 805 parking spaces will be built. The architecture was designed by the David Chipperfield Architects studio. The British David Chipperfield is one of the most important contemporary architects.

In addition to the residential and commercial aspect, Waltherpark will also contain an office area, with versatile and cutting-edge offices. On the second floor of the shopping center, a 4,000 square meter food hall will be created and one of the facilities will be dedicated to hospitality, with a 113-room 4-star hotel, which will be the first point of reference both for those traveling for business and for those who go to Bolzano on vacation.

The WaltherPark is located in the heart of Bolzano, in the historic center between the train station of Bolzano and Piazza Walther, the main square of the city, near the Cathedral of Bolzano and in the immediate vicinity of

the redeveloped Station Park
