VERONA FIERE OFFICES

Final design for the renovation of the air conditioning system serving the Veronafiere office building. The project involved the strengthening of the internal air conditioning units with the replacement of the existing cabinet fans and the insertion of 4-way cassettes in the internal meeting rooms and in the most crowded rooms.

The intervention also involved equipping the new fan coils with regulation valves and digital thermostats capable of communicating with the general supervision system of the exhibition center so as to be able to manage switching on, off, attenuations and optimize energy consumption.

In addition to the fan coils and thermoregulation, the thermal fluid distribution pipes were replaced in order to adapt the thermal insulation and be able to manage the thermal loads of the meeting rooms optimally even in winter with a 4-pipe system.
