DWB PROTEINS

Dwb Proteins is a company that operates in the fresh milk sector. The new building for the transformation of whey required an electrical system with a total power of 3,000 kW, a 2.7 MW cogenerator and steam boilers for a total of 16,000 kg/h.

Daster provided the preliminary, definitive and final design of the electrical and mechanical systems, works management for the systems and a project management and coordination service for all the engineering disciplines involved.

The project was developed with BIM technology for both the architectural and plant engineering parts.
