Ardea (Rome)
For the logistics center in Ardea, near Rome, of the well-known online sales brand, Dabster took care of the definitive and final design of the mechanical and electrical systems. It also provided energy consultancy, acoustic consultancy, the final design of fire prevention systems, the final design of systems for the electric charging of vehicles, and system consultancy for achieving certification with the LEED Gold level protocol. All the design was carried out in BIM mode.
