SERAFICO RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

The Serafico Residential District, designed by the architectural firm One Works, represents an integrated residential and service area, aimed at meeting current environmental, social, and cultural sustainability needs.

Located on the southern outskirts of Rome, near the EUR district, this innovative development spans approximately 20,000 square meters.

The project, inspired by the historic complex of the Abbey of the Three Fountains, ideally combines architectural innovation, environmental integration, and functional adaptability.

It includes the construction of a super-condominium consisting of eight residential buildings, with varying heights between five and six floors, characterized by different levels of openness and interaction with nature.

Dabster was responsible for the design of the electrical and mechanical systems.
