Detailed design of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems / operational management of electrical and heating systems.


The WaltherPark, integrated in a state-of-the-art road and infrastructure project, will become the new lively meeting place in the heart of Bolzano. In accordance with the Masterplan for the urban development of the city of Bozen/Bolzano, 76 residential flats, 34 investment flats, 90 new shops, and 805 parking spaces will be realised. The architecture was designed by David Chipperfiled Architects studio.
