OPPEANO LOGISTICS BUILDING

The new logistics hub in Oppeano is strategically located along the 4-lane state road SS434 Transpolesana. It is located in Via Ponte Asta in Oppeano, 17 km south of Verona, one of the top 5 logistics hubs in Italy, with 125,000 sqm occupied in 2016 (10% of the Italian total) and 60,000 in the first quarter of 2017 (16%). The development project is divided into two phases: the first, which has just been completed, in which approximately 70,000 sqm of Class A logistics spaces were built, and the second, with plans to expand to approximately 190,000 sqm. Building A has as many as 50 loading bays, while Building B has 35. The project includes the MV/LV transformer substations construction, electrical installations, alarm systems and structured cabling.
