The Nogarole Rocca distribution center is today one of the most innovative warehouses in the Zalando logistics park. Organized on multiple levels, this center hosts a technologically advanced intralogistics structure, designed to optimize performance, efficiency and personal safety.
The facility boasts automated picking towers, kilometers of autonomous conveyor belts and over one hundred latest generation forklifts. This equipment operates in perfect synergy and safety with the 1,700 employees who work in the warehouse every day. The fluidity of goods routes and operational efficiency were key priorities in the design of this impressive structure, thus ensuring maximum productivity and safety of operations, even during periods of increased activity.
For this project, Dabster provided consultancy on workplace safety and risk analysis, carried out due diligence on electrical and mechanical systems and designed the new lift and new staff spaces.
